After-Hours Care & Emergencies

At Lexington Facial & Oral Surgery, your health and safety are our top priority—even after regular office hours. If you experience a true emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

For urgent concerns that don’t require ER care—like severe pain, swelling, or complications after a recent procedure—please contact our office and follow the prompts to reach the on-call oral surgeon. We’re here to help guide you through what’s urgent, what can wait, and how to stay safe until you're seen.
